WE THINK YOU CAN LOVE WHERE YOU WORK AND STILL BE REALLY AMBITIOUS.

Bloom is for stylists who want both.

A place to make great money, get really good at your craft, build a clientele you're proud of, and have women beside you who genuinely want to see you win.

We share what we know. We help each other get better. And we believe there's room for all of us to be successful here.

When one of us gets better, Bloom gets better.

YOU MIGHT BELONG HERE IF...

You care about the little details.

You want feedback because you actually want to get better.

You're excited when the stylist next to you wins.

You take your career seriously without taking yourself too seriously.

You want to make great money doing beautiful work.

You don't need someone to convince you to care.

And you think work is significantly better when you like the people you're doing it with.

A CAREER THAT KEEPS GETTING BIGGER.

Your career shouldn't have a ceiling just because you work commission.

At Bloom, your growth is tied to your performance, consistency, and willingness to keep getting better—not how long you've been here.

Inside Bloom you'll find:

• A clear commission growth path with no income cap
• Ongoing education, coaching + feedback
• Hands-on extension training
• Assistant support as you grow
• Marketing + content support to help build your clientele
• Quarterly goals + performance conversations
• Opportunities to mentor and lead
• A team that shares knowledge instead of gatekeeping it

We want you to know what you're working toward—and exactly what it takes to get there.

ASSISTANT → CO-STYLIST → ASSOCIATE → MASTER → MENTOR

YOU DON'T HAVE TO START OVER TO START SOMETHING NEW.

Already behind the chair?

Coming to Bloom doesn't mean forgetting everything you've built or being treated like a brand-new stylist.

We're looking for experienced stylists who are proud of what they've built and still excited about what's next- women who want stronger support, more opportunity, a team around them, and room to keep growing.

We'll meet you where you are, learn where you want to go, and build a growth plan from there.

JUST GETTING STARTED?

You don't need to have it all figured out.

Our assistant program is designed to bridge the gap between beauty school and confidently building a career behind the chair.

You'll work alongside experienced stylists, strengthen your technical skills, learn consultations and client experience, train in extensions and color, and gradually build your own clientele as you're ready.

We won't rush you through it. But we will expect you to work for it.

A note from Britt-

I opened Bloom because I wanted something different.

I wanted a salon full of women who were really good at what they do, wanted big things for themselves, and still wanted to see the woman next to them win.

Over the years, I've learned that talent is only part of it. I care just as much about how you show up, how you treat people, whether you're willing to learn, and whether you care about making the whole room better—not just your own chair.

I want the women who work here to make great money. I want you to become a better stylist. I want you to build a clientele you're obsessed with. I want you to have opportunities here that you didn't even know you wanted yet.

And I want us to have fun while we're doing it.

I'm picky about who joins this team because I'm proud of what we have here. I don't want to grow just to grow.

I want the right women in the room.

— Britt
